Each order placed is normally sent on a next day service but to be sure of this, select the next day delivery should you wish to guarantee this.
Orders can however take between 7 and 10 days to receive if the item is out of stock but you will be notified of this via email at confirmation.
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail, MyHermes, Interlink Express/DPD, DHL depending on the service paid for. Certain items and sizes are made to order, however we will specify in your confirmation e-mail and will outline a clearer delivery period for your order.

Please note for International orders: If your order is being posted outside the UK, you may have to pay additional import duties, taxes or custom clearance charges levied by your country. This is particularly likely for higher value orders.
Customs Policies vary widely from country to country so we strongly recommend that you check your local customs regulations before placing your order. (We wouldn't like you to have any nasty surprises.)

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS POLICY
We offer returns on all online orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of your intention to return the goods to our warehouse within 7 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the item(s), subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.
Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us intact, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible.
When trying on item(s) of clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed. Exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product are not guaranteed. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned.
If an item has been reduced in price (sale or otherwise) there will be no credit (cannot be refunded or returned).
Our quality control team will carefully check for defects once returned. Any damage caused to any product by the consumer, unless proven to be a manufacturing defect, will not be held accountable to JE London Limited. We offer a 7-day returns/refund policy in line with the 'sale of goods act' and with regards to distance selling regulations.
*Please note that promotional offers, warrant the sale as final and cannot be refunded. They are however exchangeable.

Notify us of your return, and we will endeavour to deal with it promptly.
Please include your original sales invoice and please add notes to the invoice of your preferred return (Refund / Exchange). JE London reserves the right to withdraw return rights should a product be sent back without the original tags and original sales invoice.
